Also has a walk-in closet and bathroom attached. The house has a kitchen, living room, dining room, and a washer/dryer. It has a spacious backyard and is very pet friendly. Everyone is responsible for their own rent and the roommates split the bills. Expect a flat rate of $415 for rent and around $25 for bills.
