Sublease available at Republic at Sam Houston! Complications with school came up and I need to sublease the apartment I had booked for next semester (january-july). Private bedroom with private bathroom in a 4 bedroom apartment. You share kitchen and living room with 3 other female roommates. Room has been remodeled because it is a new lease, and is furnished. Washer and Dryer are inside the apartment. The apartment complex has a 24/7 workout room, tanning bed, clubhouse access with free printing, and pool. Rent is $469 a month (all bills included with electricity!) and a one time $50 utilities starting fee. Contract runs from January 9th to July 31st, with option to renew if you want to stay longer.
